Your continued use of our App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 13

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect personal information from and about users of our App:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms through our App, such as when linking your TikTok or Pinterest accounts.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
• Details of transactions you carry out through the App (e.g., successful reposts).

You may also provide information content to be published or displayed ("Posted") on public areas of affiliated apps (such as TikTok and Pinterest) you access through our App (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions may, but not necessarily, contain personal information. Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk through the respective platforms (TikTok, Pinterest). We cannot control the actions of third parties on these platforms.

How We Use your Personal Information.

We use your personal information to:

• Identify you when you login to your account.
• Enable us to operate the App and provide its services, specifically the ability to view TikTok videos and repost them to Pinterest.
• Improve the services we provide to you.
• Communicate with you (e.g., about your account or app updates).
• Maintain the security of our App through authentication.

Legal Basis for Use of Personal Information

We process personal information from you where:

• we have your consent to do so (e.g., by using the App and linking accounts).
• we need the personal information to perform a contract with you (e.g., to enable you to repost videos).
• the processing is in our legitimate interests (and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms), such as improving the App's functionality.

In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you, or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

When you access and use our App, we may use technology to automatically collect:

Device Information.

We may collect information about your device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and other similar information. Specifically, we automatically collect your IP address for security purposes.

Usage Details.

When you access and use our App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access and use, including app activity such as videos viewed, features used, and successful reposts; and other communication data and resources that you access and use on or through our App.

Third Party Platform Data.

When you authorize us to access your data on third-party platforms like TikTok and Pinterest, we automatically collect data as permitted by the scopes you grant. This may include your TikTok username, TikTok union ID, TikTok video information (such as video ID, cover image URL, video URL, description, creation time, title, view count, like count, duration), and potentially Pinterest account information as needed for reposting.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not authorize these third-party platforms when using our App.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction. In addition, we may disclose personal information or usage details that we collect or you provide:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates (if any).
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., database hosting provider, authentication service provider, cloud storage for videos if applicable).
• To TikTok and Pinterest as necessary to provide the reposting functionality (e.g., sending video data to Pinterest).
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Winner's Circle TTS to Pin's assets, in which personal information held about our App users is among the assets transferred.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it (e.g., using your TikTok access token to fetch video data).
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (e.g., our Terms of Service).
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Winner's Circle TTS to Pin, our users, or others.

Information Collection and Tracking Technologies.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

• Cookies (or mobile cookies). Certain identifying information may be stored in your session cookies in your browser. Use of cookies allows us to remember users across sessions. When you use our App and link third-party accounts like TikTok and Pinterest, these third parties may collect information about you according to their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

• Collection and Removal of Personal Information. You can choose not to provide your personal information by not using the App or linking accounts, but this will prevent you from using the App's features. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of our App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Promotional Emails. If you do not want email promotions from us, you can opt-out by unsubscribing or clicking on an opt-out link within an email you receive.
• Disclosure of Your Information. If you do not want us to share your personal information with the third parties we use to support our services to you (like TikTok and Pinterest for reposting), please do not use the features that require such sharing.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, or enforcing our Terms. Note that content you have already posted to TikTok or Pinterest via our App is then governed by the privacy policies and terms of those respective platforms.

We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive from you from loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction. We have put in place appropriate measures to safeguard and secure your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated.
